Live Boxing Comes to Holmby Hills May 19th When Playboy Mansion Hosts ESPN2 Friday Night Fights

Telecast will Mark First Sports Broadcast from the Famed Mansion

    LOS ANGELES, May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills,
 California will host its first live sports broadcast Friday, May 19, when
 ESPN2 Friday Night Fights Presented by Miller High Life televises nationally a
 Top Rank card of championship boxing, it was announced by Richard Rosetti,
 President of Production for the Playboy Entertainment Group.
     Rosetti said, "Boxing and Playboy are naturals.  Hef is a serious boxing
 fan and the enormous male audience attracted by Playboy magazine and Playboy
 TV is right in sync with the 'sweet science.'"

     The main event will pit undefeated IBF World Cruiserweight Champion Vasily
 Jirov (24-0-0) against Esteban Pizzaro (21-2-1).
     The undercard will feature:
     Light Middleweight -- Cleveland Corder (18-0-0) vs. Andrwy Tsurkan (9-0-0)
     Heavyweight -- Butterbean (56-1-2) vs. TBA
     Lightweight -- Julio Diaz (14-0-0) vs. Luis Lizarraga (29-18-3)
     Women's Featherweight -- Mia St. John (16-0-0) vs. Francesca Alcantar
     Light Heavyweight -- Jeremy Morrison (10-2-0) vs. Max Heyman (10-2-2)
     ESPN2 Friday Night Fights will air live 6:00-8:30 p.m. PDT.  The network's
 boxing team of Bob Papa (blow-by-blow) and veteran trainer Teddy Atlas
 (analyst) will call the fight from ringside and will be joined at the Mansion
 by analyst Max Kellerman.  The telecast will be anchored by studio host Brian
 Kenny from ESPN2's headquarters in Connecticut.
