"We are very pleased to have Case Central join the growing number of companies acknowledging the value of the '082 Patent," said Jeffrey Gross, managing member for Lone Star Document Management and co-inventor of the '082 Patent. "The settlement enables us to focus on further licensing opportunities in the expanding electronic document management market."
The sixteen companies that have licensed Lone Star's '082 Patent to date include: Motive Systems; ITAZ Technologies; Intelledox, Inc.; Alfresco Software; Adlib Publishing Systems Inc.; Hyland Software, Inc.; Paperhost.com, Inc.; VIZit Software, Inc.; Appligent DSI, LLC; Atalasoft, Inc.; Trial Solutions of Texas, LLC; Lexbe, LC; Gallivan, Gallivan & O'Melia, LLC; CAP Digisoft, Inc.; Digital Reef, Inc.; and Case Central, Inc.
