LookSmart Announces Plans for CFO Transition

 LookSmart (Nasdaq:   LOOK; ASX: LOK), a global leader in search, today announced
 that its chief financial officer, Dianne Dubois, has decided to leave
 LookSmart, citing family issues and a desire to pursue other interests.
 Dubois will remain as the company's chief financial officer during a
 three-month transition period.  The company has retained the executive search
 firm Spencer Stuart to assist in finding a replacement for Dubois.
     Jason Kellerman, LookSmart's chief executive officer, said, "I want to
