Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Debate to Highlight UCLA Richard S. Ziman Center's Multi-Family Housing Forecast Conference

                     between the announced candidates for City Mayor will be
                     featured at this year's Multi-Family Housing Forecast
                     Conference, presented by the Richard S. Ziman Center for
                     Real Estate at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Dr.
                     Stephen Cauley will release his Southern California Market
                     Forecast.  Topics to be addressed include: "Solving L.A.'s
                     Housing Crisis," "Debt and Equity for Apartments," and
                     "Riding the Condominium Wave."
