This operator is one of the fastest growing operators in the Central Asia region and is facing strong competition, combined with a rapidly expanding customer base. Thus, it required a comprehensive monitoring solution, to monitor and to improve Quality of Service, provide better customer support and optimize the network radio segment.

RADCOM's Omni-Q provided a comprehensive monitoring solution for their cellular voice and data network, enabling them to ensure customer satisfaction and assure Quality of Service. The comprehensive Omni-Q system purchased provides a unified system to serve all this cellular operator's departments and to provide monitoring, troubleshooting, trend analysis, radio optimization, marketing support and customer care.
