Manhattan, KS Nissan Dealer Impressed With Altima's October Figures

MANHATTAN, Kan., Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Briggs Nissan, a Manhattan Nissan dealership, is encouraged by the strong sales figures that several Nissan vehicle models posted in October, even during a state of emergency along the Northeast. Specifically, the 2013 Nissan Altima turned some heads as it increased Altima sales by nearly 13 percent versus last year, with more than 24,000 Altimas being sold in the month of October alone.

Looking on a calendar-to-date scale, the Nissan Altima is also up 16 percent compared to last year.

The 2013 Nissan Altima isn't the only Nissan vehicle turning heads-both the Nissan LEAF and Nissan Pathfinder had excellent Octobers as well. In October alone, more than 1,500 Nissan LEAF vehicles were sold across the United States. This shows for a near 90 percent increase versus the same time last year as people across the nation are looking for more fuel-efficient vehicles.

The Nissan Pathfinder also posted a strong October. Nissan enthusiasts have shown their excitement for the new 2013 Nissan Pathfinder as it isn't due out until sometime later this month. The current model increased sales by nearly 50 percent compared to last year with sales of 3,000 plus.
