NEW YORK, May 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- As part of an overall effort to
expand the company's television advertising sales unit, executives at Martha
Stewart Living Omnimedia (NYSE: MSO) today named industry veteran Liz Koman to
the post of Vice President, Advertising Sales. The announcement was made by
Heidi Diamond, President of MSLO's Television business segment.
Ms. Koman, who will report to Ms. Diamond, will be responsible for
spearheading the sales effort in support of all Martha Stewart Living
Omnimedia television programs, including the new daytime series, "Martha,"
launching September 2005, as well as "Everyday Food" on PBS, and "Petkeeping
with Marc Morrone". Executive produced by Mark Burnett ("Survivor," "The
Apprentice") and Martha Stewart, the nationally-syndicated show has been
cleared by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution in over 90% of the

Most recently, Ms. Koman was Senior Vice President, General Sales Manager
for AMC (American Movie Classics) and WE: Women's Entertainment where she and
Diamond first worked together. While at AMC and WE, Ms. Koman oversaw the
national advertising sales teams for both networks and more than tripled
revenues in just one year. Prior to WE and AMC, Ms. Koman was Senior Vice
President, General Manager for USA Network. She has held senior positions at
Tribune Entertainment, Eyemark and Group W. Ms. Koman got her start as a
research analyst at Nielsen Media Research.
