Senior Management will also hold a conference call to discuss these results on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time.
As previously announced, the Company will file SEC form 12b-25 to obtain the statutory extension of time to file its form 10-Q until August 17th.
