In his new role at Obtiva, Feathers will lead complex and challenging software development projects, perform world-class Agile and technology coaching, consult with clients, mentor software teams, and conduct research that contributes innovative ideas, theories and practices to the industry. Feathers, an expert developer with more than 20 years of experience, is the author of "Working Effectively with Legacy Code" and an active leader in the Agile software development community.
