    FT. WASHINGTON, Pa. and CHICAGO, May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- McNeil
 Nutritionals, LLC, and Merisant Company jointly announced today that they
 have reached a settlement agreement regarding a lawsuit between the two
 parties that is being heard in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District
 of Pennsylvania.
     The details of the settlement agreement are confidential and both
 parties have agreed to make no additional comment on the terms of the
 agreement, subject to the parties' agreement and applicable law.
