SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich., Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Mecosta LLC today
 announced plans to invest an initial $30 million to develop more than 850
 acres of prime real estate it acquired with the recent purchase of St. Ives
 and Tullymore Golf Clubs in Stanwood, Mich., located less than an hour
 northeast of Grand Rapids. J. Peter Ministrelli, a partner at Mecosta LLC,
 made the announcement.
     Mecosta began construction this spring on The Villages at Tullymore, a
 master-planned community of 340 home sites, fractionals and condominiums.
 Plans also include a 13,000 square foot, Jim Nordley-designed clubhouse
 slated for completion in 2008 and a 13-acre lake. Noted Palm Springs,
 Calif., developer and Michigan native J. Peter Ministrelli is overseeing
 development along with brothers Ronald, Richard and Robert Marino.
     Prime home sites include wooded, water side, fairway and nature
 preserve settings. Prices start at $48,500. In addition, Mecosta is one of
 the first developments in Michigan to offer deeded fractional ownership in
 custom-built homes.

 architects, are ranked among the top courses in the United States and have
 earned recognition from the sport's top media, including:
