PITTSBURGH, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- MED3OOO, Inc. (MED3OOO), a national leader in healthcare management and technology products and services for providers and other professional providers, recently appointed Hillary Harlan to the position of Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer (CCO).

An attorney as well as Registered Nurse, Hillary has experience working with physician practices, hospital systems, and long-term care facilities. Prior to joining MED3OOO, she served as Director of Compliance and Legal Services for Preferred Care Partners Management Group, LP based in Dallas, Texas. In this position, she filled the roles of Corporate Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer, and was responsible for licensure, regulatory, and risk management activities.

In her new role as CCO, Ms. Harlan will be responsible for the oversight of MED3OOO's corporate compliance and ethics program, as well as compliance oversight for MED3OOO's operating units throughout the U.S.
