Medco Announces Two-For-One Stock Split

    FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J., Nov. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Medco Health
 Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:   MHS) today announced that its Board of Directors has
 approved a two-for-one stock split. The stock split, effected in the form
 of a dividend, will entitle all shareholders of record at the close of
 business on Jan. 10, 2008 to receive one additional share of Medco common
 stock for each share held on that date. The stock dividend will be
 distributed on Jan. 24, 2008.
     Since becoming a public company in August 2003, Medco's stock has
 appreciated approximately four-fold.
