This strategic move by Media Interactive concludes another stage of its business expansion process, begun in 2012 with the inauguration of its office in Rio de Janeiro, and aligns its founding partners – who will continue to lead the Company – with the creation of value to shareholders of the @titude Group (including Jardim Botanico Investimentos private equity fund).
Created in 2000 by Edilson Parra and Tatiana Foresta, Media Interactive has structured its business model based on five key digital platforms: communications, usability, content, production and performance. The Company's clients include Mattel, Positivo, Itau, Tec Toy, Azeite Andorinha, Merck and Teleperformance.
