Men Cook Too Released "Men Cook Too" Cookbook for Men Features Easy and Affordable Gourmet Recipes - Great Father's Day Gift Idea
NEW MILFORD, Conn., April 15, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Men Cook Too, a cookbook written by Hobson Lopes was funded on Kickstarter.com and is officially available for release. The book was written by the New Milford, Conn. resident and is geared towards men that lack experience in the kitchen. The features more than 40 recipes that are easy to follow for any meal or occasion including breakfast, lunch, dinner, party appetizers, cocktails and dessert. The recipes are written in an easy to read format including pictures for many that will show men what the dish is supposed to look like.
Funding for the cookbook was needed so Men Cook Too could be professionally formatted and prepared in paperback and e-book form. Among the dishes included in the book include Baked Stuffed Shells with Spinach, Ground Beef and Ricotta Cheese, Avocado Egg Breakfast Flatbread, Mozzarella stuffed Meatballs, Apple Cider Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding, Cinnamon Whiskey Hot Chocolate and Coconut Breaded Chicken Breast. Nearly 70 backers helped get the book the funding it needed to get published.
Kickstarter was created for those with a product or idea, but didn't have the funds to follow through with their plan. By pledging money, backers receive awards designed by the product creator to fit that level. In the case of Men Cook Too, reward levels included autographed copies of the book, customized wine glasses and a one-hour chat through Skype where Lopes would walk through a recipe from the book. Kickstarter has seen more than 54,000 projects successfully funded with more than $924 million pledged since launching.
Men Cook Too is officially available at www.mencooktoo.com/store and is available for the Kindle at Amazon.com. The book comes with full color images and any purchases will come signed by the author.
