Metafos Announces New Board Member, Jim Hebert

 Jim Hebert has joined the Metafos Board of Directors. Mr. Hebert is
 President and Founder of Hebert Research, a 29-year old, privately-held
 public policy research firm. He also serves on advisory boards at Seattle
 University, Central Washington School of Business and Key Bank and has
 served as Chairman of the Board of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. Mr.
 Hebert received his MBA from Seattle University, and in 1996, was appointed
 an adjunct Professor of Business at the University of Washington.
