LOS ALTOS, Calif., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Staffing Industry Analysts

Baltimore, MD with year-over-year growth 3.7% and San Antonio, TX,
with year-over-year growth of 1.7% -- top Staffing Industry Analysts' Staffing

The report released today analyzes 70 metro markets throughout the United
States. Although not yet one of the top markets, Milwaukee, WI was notable for
an improved ranking, from 49th place last month to 24th in the latest report.
At the bottom of the list, the slowest growth markets include: Detroit, MI
with negative 10.4% year-over-year growth, Phoenix, AZ with a decline of 8.8%
