MFDA Hearing Panel adjourns Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Estrella Ogalino

TORONTO, Sept. 30, 2013 /CNW/ - The MFDA commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Estrella Ogalino by Notice of Hearing dated April 4, 2013.

The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally scheduled to take place on October 1-2, 2013, has been adjourned on consent of the parties to January 8-9, 2014 commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern) each day in the MFDA hearing room located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
