    LAS VEGAS, March 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- For the seventh
 consecutive year, MGM MIRAGE has been named one of "America's Most Admired
 Companies" by Fortune Magazine. This recognition follows the magazine's
 annual survey that evaluates the reputation of companies with large U.S.
 operations.
     MGM MIRAGE moved up two spots from 2006 and is ranked second in the
 Hotels, Casinos and Resorts industry. Additionally, MGM MIRAGE ranked first
 in the industry in several attributes, including innovation, quality of
 management and quality of products/services. Fortune's "Most Admired" is
 the definitive report card on corporate reputations.
     To identify "America's Most Admired Companies" for 2007, Fortune asked
 executives, directors and securities analysts to rate companies in their
 respective industries. Criteria included: investment value, innovation,
 financial soundness, employee talent, quality of management and social
 responsibility.
