it applies to banking, showcasing how different channels can be
seamlessly tied together, in ways such as these:
-- Online -- A firsthand look into how today's banks can
integrate intuitive, user-friendly technologies built on
Microsoft Silverlight and Windows Presentation Foundation for
consumers banking online, creating a highly interactive
experience for financial transactions, research and planning.
-- In the branch -- An interactive showcase on how banks can use
Microsoft Surface in the branch to interact with customers
and provide a rich, aggregated view of their entire financial
portfolios.
-- Mobile phone -- Banks can reach customers even when they're on
the go, through targeted alerts and notifications sent to
consumers mobile phone via Tellme and Windows® phones.
-- In the cloud -- Banks can utilize Microsoft's cloud-based
operating system, Windows Azure, to connect the various
platforms and devices in a seamless way and scale up or down
depending on customer demand.
