LENOIR CITY, Tenn., Nov. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Mike Bouchard, EODT's Chief Security Officer (CSO), has been appointed to the position of Council Vice President (CVP) for American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) International. As a CVP, Mr. Bouchard will be responsible for reviewing council business plans and organizational goals and objectives to ensure they are in accordance with ASIS International's strategic plan, providing counsel to the ASIS Secretary and staff, and assisting in the development of council leaders.

Mr. Bouchard has chaired the Global Terrorism, Political Instability & International Crime Council from March 2007 until December 2009. He has been a member of ASIS International for eight years, earned his Certified Protection Professional accreditation through ASIS International and is an active participant in the ASIS CSO Roundtable.
