Military Justice League Charities Sponsor 5K Fun Run
Proceeds To Benefit Military Families For The Holidays
FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Military Superheroes- Military Justice League, Inc and MJL Charities have teamed up with Fort Worth Running Company to host the first annual "5K FLIGHTLINE Fun Run" to be held on December 8, 2012. The run will take place at the Naval Air Station JRB in Fort Worth. All proceeds from the event will benefit Wounded Warriors Amputee Softball Team and MJL Charities.

The event will begin at 8am on the historic flightline of Naval Air Station JRB and will end with the after race festivities being held at Ridgmar Mall who is an event sponsor. Santa will be on hand to assist local Marines in collecting Toys for Tots. Nashville recording artist, Rachel Holder will be performing her latest songs in a free concert at 11:00 am. Professional athletes will also be on hand to sign autographs for the public to help in raising monies for MJL Charities.
All race participants will be entered to win a $500 shopping gift card from merchants at Ridgmar Mall and will also receive a special coupon booklet for the stores within the Ridgemar Mall. Sponsors will have exhibits set up inside Ridgemar Mall during the after race festivities to meet, greet and hand out trinkets and information about their products and services.
The Fun Run and festivities are open to the general public for registration. High School athletic teams are encouraged to compete for awards and prizes during the 5K Run.
