Firm Hires Curtis Trimble to Cover Oil and Gas Exploration & Production

STAMFORD, Conn., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- MKM Partners today announced that Curtis Trimble has joined as Managing Director in its Equity Research department to cover oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) companies. He will be based in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Trimble has covered the energy sector for seven years. He previously covered U.S. E&P companies for Natixis Bleichroeder, ranking #2 in the 2010 Wall Street Journal analyst survey for that sector. He also followed the oilfield services sector for Canaccord Adams and Sterne Agee, ranking #4 in that space in 2006. Mr. Trimble holds a B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College and an MBA with a focus in finance from Rice University.
