Financial LLC ("MLVF") announced today that it has launched 1055 Energy Partners LLC ("1055 Energy") to fund principal investments in the oil and gas sector. 1055 Energy will provide proprietary capital for growth-oriented energy companies, primarily acting as an asset-backed lender.
