Additionally, she has held several roles in the software industry, including at Red Pepper Software Solutions and SkillsVillage, a company she founded. Both companies were acquired by PeopleSoft. Later, Cochran served as the CFO at Clearwire Corporation, a telecommunications operator. She currently serves on Hasbro's board of directors.
