Morguard North American Residential REIT declares March 2013 distribution of 5 cents per unit
MISSISSAUGA, ON, March 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MRG.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution of 5 cents per unit for the month of March 2013. The distribution will be payable on April 15, 2013 to unitholders of record as at March 28, 2013.

The REIT is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust which owns, through a limited partnership, interests in a portfolio of 14 Canadian residential apartment buildings and 12 U.S. residential walk-up garden communities consisting of 7,408 residential suites that are located in Ontario, Alberta, Louisiana and Florida.
