Prior to General Mills, Beliveau served as an officer in the U.S. Army and achieved the rank of Captain. During the course of his 4-year military career, he led various teams and missions in the U.S. and Europe.
"Matt is an accomplished human resources leader and his strong experience in the consumer packaged goods industry will be invaluable at Morton Salt given our focus on driving a high performance culture as part of our long-term business strategy," Herrmann said.
Beliveau earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
Beliveau is actively involved in American Corporate Partners as a mentor for veterans transitioning from military service to the civilian workforce. Additionally, he has been an alumni interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania's undergraduate admissions process for over a decade.
