Mosaic Announces Sale of Thailand Business
PLYMOUTH, Minn., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) announced today the sale of its Thailand distribution business to I C P Fertilizer Co., Ltd. The sale of this business is another step toward increasing Mosaic's alignment of its global distribution network with its North American production assets. The transaction will be recorded in the second quarter ended November 30, 2009.
