MTS Systems Announces Board of Director Change
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MTS Systems Corporation (Nasdaq: MTSC) today announced that Lois M. Martin does not intend to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors of MTS Systems Corporation (the "Company"). Ms. Martin's tenure as a member of the Company's Board of Directors will expire at the next annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for February 10, 2010.
