REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Aug. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Multiven, Inc. today announced that Cisco Systems, Inc. has entered into a confidential agreement to settle Multiven's antitrust lawsuit which was filed on December 1, 2008. The complaint alleged that Cisco harmed Multiven and consumers by bundling and tying software bug fixes, patches and updates for its operating system and application software to its maintenance services ("SMARTnet").
