My Alarm Center Names Brandon Savage as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Operations
NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa., Jan. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- My Alarm Center announced today it has appointed Brandon Savage as its Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Operations. Mr. Savage is an experienced security industry professional who brings a strong managerial and technology background to My Alarm Center, where he will further improve upon the customer experience and address the growing sales and operational needs of the organization.

With more than 12 years of security industry experience, Mr. Savage brings a unique, customer-focused perspective to My Alarm Center, with a proven track record in supporting high-growth operations and leveraging technology and human capital to improve the customer experience. He will draw on that experience to better serve My Alarm Center's growing customer base and improve the operating efficiency of My Alarm Center as it continues to expand organic growth while adapting to the changing environment within the security industry.
Mr. Savage most recently worked at Devcon Security as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience where he led the customer care, monitoring operations, and procurement groups. Prior to his role with Devcon Security, he was the Director of Supply Chain Management for Vivint, where he designed and implemented a forecasting and distribution network system to support the company's North American operations.
Mr. Savage is a graduate of Brigham Young University with an undergraduate degree in Business Management and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he received a double major in Strategic Management and Operations and Information Management (OPIM).
