As of October 23, 2009, the Company changed its name to Subaye, Inc and completed a reverse stock split on a 1 share for 100 shares basis. The Company's stock symbol on the NASDAQ Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board Stock Exchange will also change from "MYST" to "SBAY," effective at the start of trading on October 26, 2009.
