SEAFORD, Del., Aug. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nano Chemical Systems
Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NCSH) announced today that it is
exploring the use of it's propriety nano-enhanced Mold and Fungus Inhibitor
to deliver solutions to control disease causing agents that occur in
 professional sports venues.
Viral and bacterial disease-causing agents are a continuing problem in
locker rooms, synthetic turf fields and other sports venues worldwide.
These disease agents can create health problems for professional athletes
and cost a top franchise millions in lost productivity and increased health
Nano Chemical Systems Holdings is exploring the possibility of a
variation of its propriety Mold and Fungus Inhibitor to become a delivery
agent for the control and elimination these disease-causing agents. Once a
health threat is identified, the product can be altered to target the
specific agent and control or eliminate the problem.
Nano Chemical Systems Holdings, Inc. feels the world market for a
control agent for viral and bacterial disease-causing agents is extensive
and has been working with an agent of a professional sports franchise in
the development of a product that would target the Staphylococcus strain of
bacteria. Simple staph bacteria can cause serious health problems if
allowed to infect even minor skin abrasions.
If successful, the company feels this new product will greatly enhance
its chemical product line and provide a major profit center.
Nano Chemical Systems Holdings, Inc. has a wholly owned subsidiary,
SeaSpray Aerosol, Inc. that produces aerosol products for it's own formulae
and does private labeling for various customers. SeaSpray operates out of a
36.000 square foot facility that contains offices, research, warehouse and
manufacturing operations. The company is also engaged in enhancing the
effectiveness of its product line using nanotechnology where applicable.
