    MILTON, N.Y., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sono-Tek Corporation
(OTB Bulletin Board: SOTK) the world's leader in ultrasonic spray nozzle
technology, announces today that its strategic partner in the field of
nanotechnology, NanoBioMagnetics, press released the following item. A copy of
 the release is attached.
     NanoBioMagnetics Press Release --
                  "Strategic Partnership Spawns New Subsidiary
Edmond, OK - NanoBioMagnetics, Inc. (NBMI) has announced the formation of
a new subsidiary to be called ZetaCor, LLC. The new, wholly-owned subsidiary
will produce specialized nanoparticles for research and commercial
At the center of ZetaCor's formation is a strategic partnership between
NBMI and Sono-Tek of Milton, NY. Early in 2004, NBMI purchased from Sono-Tek
one of the first SonoDry ultrasonic spray nozzle systems and is incorporating
it into a full lab scale spray drying system.
"NBMI provides us with a resource that has extensive expertise in the
nanoparticle industry that we have not had to date," says Dr. Chris Coccio,
president and CEO of Sono-Tek Corporation. "We believe our partnership with
NBMI will shorten Sono-Tek's learning curve for entering products into the
nano industry, while providing NBMI unique access to a hardware manufacturer
that is willing to customize machinery for their needs."
"This partnership represents a marriage of technologies," says Charles
Seeney, president and CEO of NBMI. "By combining the technologies developed by
Sono-Tek and NBMI, will be able to further refine the nanofabrication of
unique powders and composites across a wide range of variables."
Seeney points out that the companies, individuals and institutions
researching this multifaceted field have very specific requirements for their
nanomaterials. NBMI currently produces magnetically responsive nanoparticles
for human health applications. NBMI has moved to validation and prototype
development of an organ-assisting-device (OAD) technology for hearing
amplification. NBMI also is developing OAD technologies for site-specific
delivery of therapeutics, currently an area of intense research interest,
 especially with chemotherapeutics.
"Nanotechnology research has come to the point where off-the-shelf
nanomaterials are no longer sufficient," says Seeney. "There is a growing
market for new, custom nanomaterials created within very narrow parameters for
specialized applications. This is our forte. We have the experience and the
technology to develop unique nanomaterials capable of meeting exacting
For the time being, ZetaCor will share NMBI's Edmond, Oklahoma offices.
However, if growth is as rapid as anticipated, ZetaCor will have its own
facilities in the near future. "
This press release contains forward looking statements regarding future
events and the future performance of Sono-Tek Corporation that involve risks
and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially. These
factors include, among other considerations, general economic and business
conditions; political, regulatory, competitive and technological developments
