Energy Efficiency Culture: Government, Industry, Academic Experts

Experts from government, industry and academia will outline ways to develop a culture of energy efficiency that they say is a broader and more effective way to address climate change than a narrow focus on energy reduction at National Press Club Newsmakers press conference at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 5, in the Zenger Room, 13th floor, National Press Building, 529 14th St., N.W., Washington, DC.

The panel will include Richard Kidd, program manager, Federal Energy Management Program, U.S. Dept. of Energy; Gregory Reed, associate professor and director of the Power and Energy Initiative, Swanson School of Engineering, University of Pittsburgh; Paul Platte, head of the EcoCommercial Building Program, NAFTA, Bayer MaterialScience LLC; Paul Cody, vice president and general manager, Electrical Service and Systems Division, Eaton Corp.
