GLENVIEW, Ill., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Navman Wireless has added more than 20 new sales, marketing and management personnel in recent months to leverage and accelerate ongoing growth of its fleet management business in the U.S. The company's cost-saving OnlineAVL2 vehicle tracking and logistics platform leads the market in virtually every location where it is sold and has the one of the world's largest installed bases with more than 7,500 customers operating 100,000 vehicles. The expanded U.S. team is part of a strategic initiative to increase U.S. market share.

• Michael Baker, Vice President of Sales- promoted from director of corporate accounts, with 13 years previously in senior positions with Qualcomm's transportation/logistics and construction equipment businesses.
• Michael Bloom, Director of Marketing - former group account director and partner at Slack Barshinger & Partners, a leading B2B full-service integrated marketing communications agency.
• Tom Leach, Director of Sales, Western Region - former senior manager of business development for Qualcomm.
• Greg Childers, Director of Sales, Eastern Region - former sales vice president for iTRAK Corporation, a provider of GPS vehicle tracking systems.
