 that it intends to release its fiscal year 2001, second quarter results before
 the open of the market on Thursday, January 18, 2000.  In connection with this
 release, management of Neoware Systems, Inc. will host a conference call at

     The company said that it expects revenues for the quarter ending
 December 31, 2000 to be between $3,200,000 and $3,400,000 which represents an
 increase of 19% to 27% over revenues of $2,679,851 in the comparable quarter
