NETS has been awarded a subcontract on a $10.4 Million Department of State contract to provide IT support to the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) Network Operations Management Branch (NOMB)

ARLINGTON, Va., Nov. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Nelson Enterprise Technology Services (NETS), a successful and growing small business specializing in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and network solutions, announced today its award of 5-year, $10.4 M contract to provide a wide range of IT support for the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) Network Operations and Management Branch (NOMB), including systems engineering, network/LAN operations and maintenance, server and database administration, service desk support, asset management, and program management for the bureau's classified and unclassified communications networks and systems.   In partnership with Ian, Evan and Alexander Corporation (prime), a fellow SDVO and DoS contractor, and Intercom Federal Systems, NETS will collaborate with NOMB to leverage "light" technologies and shared solutions while maintaining continuity and preserving its existing IT investments.
