Network News Service (NNS) to Deploy Generation Technologies News Information Management System

    OVERLAND PARK, Kan., April 9, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- Network News Service
 (NNS) has selected Generation Technologies Corporation (GTC) to provide its
 next generation network newsroom and affiliate editorial content management
 system. The system known as NIM(TM) will be replacing an earlier version of
 the same system installed at NNS's inception in 2000.
     NNS is the domestic news cooperative of ABC, CBS and FOX News.
     The system improves network operations efficiency and communications,
 while maintaining the current NNS news workflow. New editorial material
 will be ingested via the GTC wires system and will be viewed via NIM(TM) in
 real-time. NNS can sort and search material and set up views specific to
 each user's job function. Users will be able to create, edit and approve
 news content and distribute to the partner networks for use. Information
 and functions critical to daily job duties will be consolidated to a single
