New Demand for Ethics Guidance Sparks IMA to Open Free 'Ethics Hotline' To All U.S. Financial Professionals

    MONTVALE, N.J., Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Responding to an unprecedented need
 for businesses everywhere to maintain the highest ethical standards, President
 Margaret Butler of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) today
 announced that financial professionals can now get free, confidential guidance
 on ethical issues through the IMA Ethics Hotline.
     "Recent events in the business world demonstrate the need for more ethical

 opening our hotline, which was previously available only to our members, we

 can be provided with a numerical code for identification, to maintain

 Ethical Conduct for compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of
 2002.  First developed in 1983, the IMA's Ethical Standards serve as guidance
