New Facebook Integration Feature in Chiro8000 Helps Users Capture Patient Attention and Loyalty As many chiropractic offices begin their social media journey, Forte Holdings' software offers a built-in solution
EL DORADO HILLS, Calif., Oct. 4,2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Forte Holdings has added a Facebook integration feature to the latest version of its Chiro8000 software in order to help chiropractic offices improve their marketing and patient communication. Available in the Propel and Premiere editions of Chiro8000 version 14, the integration feature allows users to post discount alerts and other messages to their company's Facebook page with one click.
"Social media is the definitive marketing standard for businesses today," said Anthony Schwartz, president of Forte Holdings. "In fact a strong social media presence boosts your SEO, so patients and prospects can find you online. Plus, regularly communicating with prospective and current patients builds familiarity and trust. Since chiro practitioners' success lies in their relationships with patients, having a Facebook company page that's updatable directly from office software is a very attractive option for them."
To activate the integration option, users simply click the icon and follow the onscreen wizard instructions for linking the software to their company page. "Our new Facebook feature is one of the best free marketing tools available," said Schwartz. "Users can make it a part of a broader mix of patient communication tactics so that it complements clinic newsletters, mass mailings, direct e-mail communications or anything else they're implementing or planning."
The Chiro8000 software series is an all-in-one solution, connecting the areas of billing, scheduling, office management, marketing, EMR/EHR, communication, patient education, collections and human resources. In addition to the new Facebook feature, the ONC-ATCB-certified EMR/EHR component in Chiro8000's Premiere edition now ensures users' compliance with ICD-10 codes as well as HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and its revised 2013 omnibus rule.
"We designed Chiro8000 to be an entirely new class of software: patient relationship software," said Schwartz. "It has everything you need to make your practice a trusted name."
