    NEW YORK, June 5 /PRNewswire/ -- News America Marketing's (NAM)
 SmartSource(TM) iGroup and planet U(TM) announce an agreement with America
 Online (AOL) that enables SmartSource.com to deliver personalized promotions
 and savings to AOL's more than 22 million members as well as CompuServe
 members and visitors to AOL.COM, Netscape Netcenter, and Digital City.
     SmartSource.com, powered by the U-pons(TM) Network through planet U, is a
 pioneer in providing a Web site to securely offer nationally available grocery
 coupons to consumers.  Through planet U's Internet coupon technology, AOL
 members can select Internet coupons at SmartSource.com and receive offers
 through the mail for use at all grocery locations or digitally delivered
 through retailers' frequent shopper cards at participating retailers.
     This summer, SmartSource.com will be prominently featured in the new
 Coupons & Savings Center in the AOL Interests Channel; the Digital City
 shopping area and CompuServe's Shopping and House & Garden channels, as well
 as other areas.  The SmartSource.com site will also be available through
 America Online Keyword: SmartSource.
     AOL will promote the AOL service to consumers through News America
 Marketing's in-store advertising products; NAM's portfolio of in-store media
 programs is distributed in over 30,000 retail locations.
