Nexus Delivers Record Performance in Cisco's 2009 Fiscal Year

 

VALENCIA, Calif., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Nexus, a leading provider of advanced technology and network integration, today announced that in spite of a down economy, it achieved outstanding results during Cisco's 2009 fiscal year ended July 31, 2009. These outstanding achievements included Year-Over-Year Growth, Partner Ranking, Services Attach and Renewal Rates, Outstanding Customer Satisfaction, and Partner Summit Awards.

Year-Over-Year Growth

Nexus grew its overall business with Cisco by 20%, including Services growth of 27% and Hardware growth of 17%.

Nexus also grew its sales of Advanced Technologies by 25%. This included TelePresence growth of 231%, Wireless growth of 171%, Security growth of 12%, and Unified Communications growth of 10%.

Furthermore, Nexus had significant Cisco segment growth in the West, including 62% in Enterprise and 22% in Public Sector.

Partner Ranking

Nexus achieved significant top-tier Cisco partner rankings for Cisco's 2009 fiscal year in the West including #1 in Application Attach Rate, #1 in Video, #2 in Unified Communications, #3 in MeetingPlace, and #5 in Contact Center. Additionally, Nexus was ranked #1 in the world for WebEx.

Services Attach and Renewal Rates

Nexus has strived to increase both its Services Attach and Renewal Rates. In the most recent Cisco fiscal quarter, Nexus attained a best-in-breed Services Attach Rate of 89.8% and Renewal Rate of 91.3%.

Outstanding Customer Satisfaction

Once again solidifying its standing as a top-tier Cisco partner, Nexus achieved a Customer Satisfaction rating of 4.84 on a scale of 5 for Cisco's fiscal 2009. This accomplishment allowed Nexus to realize Cisco's "Gold Star of Excellence." Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Partners achieving this quarterly honor are identifiable by the "Gold Star" distinction in the Cisco Partner Locator tool.

Partner Summit Awards

Nexus was also the recipient of multiple Cisco Partner Summit awards, including National Technology Excellence Partner of the Year, West Commercial Partner of the Year (fourth consecutive year) and West Cisco Capital Partner of the Year.
