NJHA Healthcare Business Solutions Names Michael Guerriero VP of Business Development

PRINCETON, N.J., April 30, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- NJHA Healthcare Business Solutions has welcomed Michael Guerriero as vice president of business development, NJHA President and CEO Betsy Ryan announced.

Guerriero's main focus will be working with members and the healthcare community to cultivate new opportunities for NJHA Healthcare Business Solutions, www.njha.com/HBS. NJHA Healthcare Business Solutions, an affiliate of the New Jersey Hospital Association, provides an array of business solutions such as purchasing portfolios, benefits packages and consultative services to help healthcare organizations operate more efficiently and reduce healthcare costs.

Guerriero, of Mahwah, comes to NJHA from MedAssets where he served as director of client relations. Previously, Guerriero was with Eclipsys Corporation and Dearborn Advisors LLC where he held vice president positions. On the local front he has worked for Medical Data Technology as well as Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, Holy Name Medical Center and Pascack Valley Hospital. 

He attended Farleigh Dickinson University and is a member of the New Jersey chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.
