Earlier in the month, N6A announced recently promoted Account Manager Selena Yang as the winner of its "N6-get-Away" vacation competition. The "N6-get-Away" program is an annual competition that rewards the highest-producing N6A staff member over the first half of the year according to N6A's signature KPI ranking system. Each month every N6A staff member receives production rankings in five Key Performance Indicator (KPI) categories according to their role and responsibilities within the organization. The staff member with the highest average monthly ranking as of June 30 is named winner of the "N6-get-Away" competition.
For winning this year's competition, Yang selected a weeklong all-expense paid vacation to Bali.
Recently promoted Account Executive Carli Griffin was named the "N6A Chairman's Pick" for the second quarter of 2015. The "N6A Chairman's Pick" program is open to N6A full and part-time staff members at all levels. Whichever N6A staff member is determined to have exuded the most effective display of N6A values over the previous quarter is named the "N6A Chairman's Pick" winner. N6A values include accountability, fearlessness, positive energy, sacrifice, selflessness, and team spirit.
For winning the N6A Chairman's Pick, Griffin will enjoy a weekend trip to Las Vegas this November.
July was also marked by the N6A/Routehappy account team capturing "N6A Team of the Month" honors. The "N6A Team of the Month" program was created to reward the client account team that demonstrates the most impressive results, service, and collaboration for an N6A client throughout the month. July's honors were given to the N6A/Routehappy team, which went above and beyond to provide top-notch service and results for the month.
Additionally, the following N6A staff members were named "N6A Producer of the Week" by N6A senior management. The "N6A Producer of the Week" program was created to reward individual N6A staff members who achieve the highest level of production and contribute the most to N6A on a weekly basis.
