North Carolina-Based Cardinal Freight Carriers Announces Official Company Name Change to Cardinal Logistics Management Corporation

    CONCORD, N.C., April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move designed to better
 differentiate its company name and solidify their brand in the logistics
 market, the Board of Cardinal Freight Carriers, Inc. a North Carolina
 Corporation, on Thursday, April 7, 2005 filed paperwork with the North
 Carolina Office of the Secretary of State to formally change the name of the
 company from Cardinal Freight Carriers to Cardinal Logistics Management
 Corporation or (CLMC).
     According to Vin McLoughlin, Cardinal's Chairman of the Board, the
 decision was based on streamlining efficiencies for the third-party logistics
 firm, which has evolved from a small truckload company to one of the logistics
 industry's most trusted and respected integrated logistics and transportation
 companies in the business. As Cardinal has evolved through the years so has
 their core business focus, officials say.
     "Cardinal is an unquestioned leader in the dedicated delivery and
 transportation business and we plan to continue delivering a high return on
 investment for our customers," explained McLoughlin.  "Several years ago we
 exited the truck load carrier business completely and now felt it was a
 necessary and important step to officially change our company name to more
 accurately reflect our current line of operations."
     From its start in 1997 with the purchase of North Carolina-based truckload
 common carrier Cardinal Freight Carriers, Cardinal Logistics Management
