NorthStar Realty Finance Declares Fourth Quarter Common Stock Dividend
NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.135 per share of common stock, payable with respect to the quarter ended December 31, 2011, representing an 8% increase from the prior quarter's dividend of $0.125 per share of common stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on March 2, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 27, 2012. NorthStar's common shares will begin trading ex-dividend on February 23, 2012.
