NTN Hospitality Technologies to Provide Wireless Guest Paging for Smokey Bones Barbeque and Grill Restaurants

 Technologies, a division of NTN Communications, Inc. (Amex:   NTN), a leader in

 industry, announced today it has been awarded the contract to provide their
 GuestCall(R) Paging Systems to all of Darden Restaurants' Smokey Bones
 Barbeque and Grill Restaurants.  Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE:   DRI), is the
 largest casual dining restaurant company in the world, based on number of
 company-owned restaurants and overall market share.
     This agreement is not the first between NTN and Darden; NTN currently
 supplies seating management systems to Darden's Bahama Breeze concept, as well
 as guest paging to all Olive Garden restaurants.

     NTN will begin immediate installation of GuestCall in 25 of the 80
 existing Smokey Bones Barbeque and Grill restaurants as part of the retro-fit
 agreement   The agreement carries on to future Smokey Bones expansion, as
 well.  NTN will become the sole pager supplier for Smokey Bones Barbeque and
 Grill for the next two years.  The GuestCall(TM) paging system is a component
 of NTN's Hospitality 360(R), a suite of software solutions, wireless products
