CEO, Christopher Kazor, CIC, Lutcf unveiled the first of many video conference kiosks to be deployed in Florida and Georgia in the next few months. The kiosks will enable a person to do several different things. They can request a quote be sent to them via email. They can purchase health insurance. They can talk to "their future" insurance agent eye to eye for auto, home, and even business insurance with just a click of a mouse.
"To my knowledge we are the first insurance agency to deploy kiosks." said Kazor. Nusurance as an independent agency can shop several companies for the best insurance value. Nusurance uses proprietary encrypted secure video conference platform that streams from the kiosk to the Nusurance headquarters in Tampa which Kazor affectionately calls the "mother ship".
The mother ship consists of "The Com" which monitors the traffic between the kiosks which has four stations manned by licensed insurance agents. Each agent will be able to manage at least 3 kiosks.
