OMD Tops the Gunn Report's First Media Awards

    NEW YORK, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The first ever Gunn Report for Media
 has named OMD Worldwide the most awarded media network in the world.
     The Gunn Report for Media is patterned after the prestigious Gunn Report
 on creativity. It ranks the most-awarded campaigns, agencies and advertisers
 at 31 media competitions across the world, including the Cannes Media Lions,
 Clios, Effies, FIAP, and the IPA awards.
     OMD's work outgunned the competition at 14 awards shows around the world
 for a total of 111 points, more than twice that of its nearest competitor.
     The Gunn Report for Media was announced earlier this year in Cannes and is
 sponsored by Procter & Gamble.  The rankings recognize the importance of
 media, in addition to creativity, in connecting with consumers, according to
 the Gunn Report for Media.
